Refund policy

At NOVRA, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand manufacturing process. We are committed to delivering premium-quality apparel and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Returns

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Color variation due to screen settings

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@thenovra.in with:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled because it is custom-made.
